Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide personal care and mobility assistance as needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when required
Provide transportation to and from appointments or errands
Monitor client safety and well-being
Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks and client condition
Communicate effectively with other caregivers and office staff regarding client updates

Caregiver Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Minimum of one year of eldercare, caregiving, or healthcare experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills and ability to follow established care plans
Ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving (as needed)
