The Caring Connection has been proudly serving seniors in Bethlehem, PA and the surrounding Northampton County area with trusted non-medical in-home care since 1991. Founded by Nan Van Gieson, who was inspired by her experience caring for her own parents, the agency was created to bring compassionate and reliable home care to the Lehigh Valley. Nan brought years of expertise through her work with the Red Cross’ elderly program and as the former Director of Elderwell.

Today, The Caring Connection is owned and operated by Wellope Williams, a dedicated caregiver with over 35 years of experience in senior care and healthcare. Wellope began her journey with the agency in 1995 as a Direct Care Worker, quickly advancing to Care Coordinator, and becoming sole owner in 2001. With a background in physical therapy, pulmonary medicine, and dementia care, Wellope continues to lead The Caring Connection with a deep commitment to providing personalized, high-quality care for seniors in the comfort of their homes.
