Caregiver Application
Position Description / Job Responsibilities
- Providing clients with bathing and other personal care
- Assisting with all activities of daily living
- Light cleaning and laundry
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Meal Preparation and feeding assistance
- Safety monitoring
- Medication reminders
- Companionship
- Documentation of completed tasks and client condition
- Communication with other caregiver and office staff
Caregiver Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and your own vehicle
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
- At least one year of eldercare or healthcare experience
- Be caring, responsible, and empathetic
- Possess the necessary skills to work without direct supervision
